Request identification of a drafting unit, opening carder unit or individual component for your DREF 3000.
Complete assembly or individual component?
State whether you need a complete unit or a part within it. Photograph the full assembly and the specific component, then mark its position on a copy of the drawing if available.
Details to include
- Machine serial number and installed unit identification
- Drawing number, revision and position number
- Component markings and quantity required
- Whether the request is for a worn component, damaged part or a change of application
Rollers, tapes and funnels
If the request concerns a pressure roller, high-draft roller, tape or feed funnel, include its own drawing reference. Describe any coating requirement separately. Do not assume two assemblies use the same component solely because the machine model matches.
