Rollers, belts, tapes and feed funnels
Use the drawing reference and component position to help identify a roller, flat belt, upper or lower tape, or feed funnel.
Rollers
Send the marked reference, drawing position and a photograph showing the component and its coating. State whether you need the complete roller or a coating-related replacement. Describe dimensions with their units and where they were measured.
Flat belts and tapes
Copy the printed identification exactly, including punctuation. State whether the tape is upper or lower and include the assembly drawing if available. Photograph any readable markings before a worn component is discarded.
Feed funnels
Send the drawing number and position number, alongside photographs of the funnel and installed location. If dimensions are supplied, identify which opening or surface each measurement refers to.
Before ordering
Include the model, serial number and quantity. DREF will review identification, compatibility and availability before quoting. Codes from an older drawing should be checked against your installed assembly.
